Don't they know , they're all we have to help keep our government from becoming a tyrannical beast ?

Last night, my fiance got knocked out by a guy with a cast on, and hit in the head several times with it. After he was on the ground knocked out he continued to stomp on my fiances face. And the fight was on this other guys property. He came out with a gun pointed to my fiances face. Well after some friends got this guy off my fiance he came at me in the street (not on his property) and started to choke me. When he pointed the gun in my fiances face I took a gun out of my car and put it in my jacket pocket. Well when this guy attacked me and started to choke me I put the gun to his head and it shot of once in the air and then hit my friend in his belt buckle. Thank god it was a 22 and he had a belt buckle on. Hes fine. So I went to jail after eeryone protested and said that I did it in complete self defense, and was not on his property. I was arrested and Imout now, and were now hearing that if you hit someone with a cast on your arm, its assualt with a deadly weapon? true??

When I was in basic training the gay guys got the ol' "blanket party" in the middle of the night. It was pretty brutal. Why would a gay guy wanna take the chance of getting beat up on a constant basis just because he doesn't fit into civilian life? Gays don't bother me, but most dudes get freaked out by that stuff. No heterosexual man would defend a gay from a gang of angry homophobes.

i hate my life, i lost 5000 dollars in only 1 week. First my phone got lost, i left in the bus. And today the worst day of my life, a burglar broke into my store, and took all my cash, and cigierretes, and i think phone cards. He/she broke the locks. Now to renew the lock i paid $400. All the stuff i lost was like 2000 dollars alone. I reported it to the police, they finger-printed everything. Then they left, and i am scared if he will come back.

My son is interested in joining ther Navy but has three juvenile misdeamenors. 2 when he was 15 and one when he was 17. He is now 19 and wants to join the navy. I never had the records expunged because I didn't think it would make a difference in a government back ground check. How should I proceed? SHould I request the records be expunged? WIll they still have access to the records? Thank you to anyone who can offer advice.
