theirs a thing called the labor board in you state. call them and talk to them. if hes the reason for all the scraps, brusies etc. you talked about it sounds like 2 forms of harrassment. he can and will be suspended from that job until all investagation is complete.

He is not a hero by making you a victim. The only way he will win is if you stay on the job and continue to let him harass you. He has no right to lay a hand on you at all, especially hitting and scarring you. That's assault and battery, and considered a crime most anywhere. Since assault doesn't come under the Equal Opportunity Commission's designation of discrimination, what you need to do is report this person to the legal authorities, and file a charge against him. If you just sit by and let him batter you, you could end up with a serious injury. After you see him in court, then get yourself another job where you will be treated fairly and decently. Good luck!

it all sucks, its just cause you are an employee who bucked the system, the boss is ALWAYS right. it sucks and hate it! i wish you the best and good luck. keep strong and keep with it! bring him down! do you have pictures of your bruises or anything like that? get some sort of proof.

you need to establish that just because you are an employee, your employer is not superior to you. physical proof is vital. also-get coworkers who witnessed and/or were harrassed to join you. get the b*stard!
