I'm a notary public and certified loan signing agent in CA and i'm planning to advertise myself saying that i'll give gift card in gratitude for the job. Is this illegal?
I'm gonna give out $10 or $20 gift card to mortgage brokers, escrow officers, etc.

people attack our president for going into iraq cause they were said to have wmd, i think it was a good reason for going into iraq dont u think!!! y take a chance even if the intel is not certain, am i right!?!?! i think bush i just looking out for his country so people should chill out, and yes i know thats no the only reason were there but i just thought id point that out.

if you believe in love please read, I met a man here in the usa we where in love for a year he then got deported. When I met him he was going through divorce with american women they where married for short time. We both loved each other he was sent back to his country over the next 5 years we talked almost everyday and I would visit him once a year.He applied again to come back but they will not let him back in the USA without reason it is just hard to get into the usa now since 911 so we both where thinking maybe we should both live somewhere else in the west. I already tried living in his country I don't care for it I am a western women and he is westernized also.
It is very sad story immigration has kept us apart. He has a ten year band from the usa for entering ileagle. I here in the uk it is easy to get a visa and work permit anyone know any better. Please no haters need reply this is a true love story any one have any idea how to help get around this we also have some money

My husband is US Army, and we're flying home to the U.S. from Germany for leave. I asked a question awhile ago in a different category, and haven't gotten any answers, so I figured I'd try my luck here.

Anyway, my question is, what can we expect, in going through customs? Will it take a long time? Or will they just glance at my husband's leave papers and military ID, and my passport, and wave us through? Will we get asked a hundred questions? How will this work?

This is our first visit home since we've been here, obviously. A little nervous about it.

Any information would be helpful.

My friends have a 7 monhs old girl and after several urinary tract infections they did an ultrasound on her and found she only has one kidney and no uterus. When my GF was pregnant, she had two ultrasounds done {the big ones, when they measure everything and look if the baby has everything she should have} and they never found a problem. But missing kidney IS a huge problem and they should've found it. Should my friends sue the hospital or the technician that did the scan?

Hi, i hope someone can help me. I am getting so fed up with this "company"
I signed up to their services nearly a month ago and never recieved any paperwork from them, no direct debit forms, no usernames, no passwords etc etc. I contacted them and found out that they have me living at the wrong address so they immediatley said they would change the address on their files, but i need to go to my neighbours (where they had me living at wrongly) and ask for any mail which may have come there. I did and the neighbour who had only just moved in said i had a few letters, (one being a direct debit form which had all my bank details on) and my username and passwords etc etc but he had assummed they were the previous tenants and so threw them away. (which is worrying me as i shred all my personal information and i am worried if hes just thrown it in to the regular trash which is easily accessable)
I called the company again to ask for my contract to be canceleled and was told that..........

I believe that Mexico should prepare it self for the sudden impact. With their unwillingness to restrain their people & not only that but encouraging them to come here illegally I believe that they have painted their self into a corner. I don't believe they were counting on us resisting their flagrant abuse of our borders & national resourses. In the gov.'s focus of the money that was comming into the country they lost sight of the possibility that this would happen.

another post got me thinking tonight. I have wondered about this ever since a drunk harrassed and groped me months ago and my dog ( an English Mastiff) went very territorial/barked his head off and growled. He was worked up for minutes which is very unlike him and I know he would have gone after the guy had he not been tethered to something. He is an absolute love of a dog, not aggressive in the least but I am sure that if someone tried to do something to me he would protect me. So, what if he truly hurt or killed someone in defending me because of his size and we were just in an alley or on a street in the city where we live? Would his family have a right to sue me for wrongful death? Would it not be my word against the word of the bad guy? Would my precious mastiff be put down? I do and can control him but if I am being attacked and he goes after them, I wont be in a position to control him, right?
