I didnt see anyone asking him to be quiet, unless there was restrictions on asking questions then his rights were violated.
He should sue the police because Kerry said he WOULD answer the question, yet he never told the cops to let go.
More than likely, the liberal campus faculty told the police to arrest ANYONE who asked questions like he asked. They tased him to after subduing him.He should have left with the cops though instead of resisting them.He might not have been arrested. We didnt see what happened PRIOR to his question so we dont know if he was asked to be quiet or leave, if he was causing a disturbance.Itd been nice to see the whole thing though. From what there is IF thats the WHOLE story then the police were in the wrong, they over reacted.

Meyer went off, and started talking bull about something that had nothing to do with John Kerry. His mic was cut for that reason, and the police came to escort him from the mic after he didn't want to leave. He resisted the police, and they couldn't get him, so he was tased. If you check out his website (can't remember what it is), he was well known on the campus for being a prankster and class-clown. He went there to cause controversy/get a couple of laughs.
