yup. an anti war protest in the 60s. we had eggs thrown at us, along with different kinds of fruit. i never participated in another one because it would have turned me into the type of people we were protesting against. when i got hit in the head with an apple, i got out of the march to look for the person who threw it. youd be surprised at the amount of rednecks, that got out of the way of a mad hippie. it was totally not expected, and it took a few minutes for me to cool down and realize i was turning into one of them. i still supported the cause tho.

No but I've a big mouth...and speak my mind..I sign anything stuck in front of me that I agree with so I guess I was part of a protest.

There are many ways to protest, if you just mean picketing or a sit-in, then no...but I have done letter writing campaigns to protest things and have gotten others to write also.

No, but I do a lot of writing to Our Representatives for various reasons. I figure there are other ways to annoy people than having to gather with a bunch of people.

March 17 2007 I was in Washington D.C. protesting the anti-war protesters. It was great, there was a lot more of us then them and they were so rude. They were so unorganized I laughed at how pathetic they were.

Yeah, in the 70's
....human rights protests, anti-war protests.

I sure wish the young adults today were more involved...but sadly most haven't a clue.
