I am interested in trying to get a law passed in the state of Kentucky. How exactly should I go about doing this? Who would I have to write? How can I get people to sign a petition?

I know nothing about this subject, so any and all information that you can give me would be MUCH appreciated.

The Ron Paul supporters are frustrated by the lack of media coverage, so they turn to the internet. We all wondered the same thing - are there other people out there, or one 14 year old with mad spammer skills? The evidence is in, there are lots of us out there. Yet every Paul question is answered by at least one person with nothing better to do but bash the candidate. Why are you people trolling the Ron Paul questions? We have done our homework, and rationally chosen our man. What are you doing, and why?

When our founding fathers were drawing up our Constitution, and our Bill of Rights etc, did they not include a system of Checks and Balances that were meant to protect this country from cowboys like George W. Bush? I understand this "war time President" nonsense that has thoroughly cowed our citizens at the polls, but are there not men of stronger stuff with an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of government that can stop this runaway destruction of our country. (Umpteen billions of dollars recently approved for the war in Iraq) This idiot in the White House is getting away with murder!! Whatever he wants, he gets!! Is waiting 8 years for another election the only way to stop this fool??

I was stunned...she said i dont know how to say this but your big and i dont think you could move around in there. I cant let this go..I need help

me and my wife are divorcing after 6 years.
Im active duty
Shes crying about spousal support now.
Will I have to pay her alimony?
I thought they stopped that
Our kid is 3

I only bring home about 2800/monthly
Is there a limit to how much my wife can take from me?

shes talking about all this stuff, and when I add it up its going to leave me with nothing.
Can she do that?
Child support is about 700
Will I lose my BAH when they move, or only half? 400 or 800?
She says I have to pay for her health insurance 200
And then she says I have to pay half of
whatever child care is -- like another 300

thats already half my check

Now shes talking about spousal support?
Is there a limit of how much can they deduct?

Will I have to actually move back into the barracks?
Ive heard of it but never actually saw how much damage a wife can do

If Im stuck with only 1500 after everything for my kid
will they keep taking to pay her alimony

she didnt work because we have a kid

Does she honestly feel she has a snowball's chance in hell of winning? Most of the people here in Atlanta can't stand her, and I would gather that her national perception isn't much better.

Apart from a few of the states the US clings to the death penalty. In Brit and elsewhere it has long been abolished. Isn't it high time the US got into line with the civilized world? It has been proved time after time that people have been mis-convicted and once you've killed them you can't bring them back and apologize to them.

Supplementary question - You wouldn't normally expect one country to have death penalty in one part of it yet none in another part, yet this is what happens in the US. Plus they have different ways of killing in different parts. Isn't this all too weird?

Just 3 rules here, you'd have to do it outdoors away from you're local area and not be driving.

eg not in you're own home, away from people you know or know you and not a motoring offence.

What would do to break the law and why wouldn't you feel too bad about it?

Should Australia go to war with Japan over the Japanese killing whales?

I think yes.
Someone needs to take a stand and teach the Japanese a lesson.

We are selling a specialized computer system -- computer, monitor, and UPS in one metal & glass frame [similar to the all-in-one computer]. All the parts, the pc, the monitor, the UPS, and the cables are from Dell website, with FCC mark. We simply help to put the whole system into the metal & glass frame.

Do we need to apply for a FCC test on the unit or no?

"Specific requirements have been set up by the FCC under Rules and Regulations, Title 47, Part 15 Subpart B. "

"It is illegal to sell or even advertise Class A or Class B products until their radiated and conducted emissions have been measured and proven to be in compliance with FCC regulations. Specialized radiated and conducted EMI test procedures must be followed completely and correctly. "
