I am wondering , I left Ireland the other day to come home for Christmas.

I last had my stamp from immigration one month ago. Will they say anything if I come back after such a brief period?

They may feel I am working there?

I am not working there, I just have some friends there that I am wanting to revisit.

If someone is a illegal alien here what rights do they have as far as like food stamps go. And once they are here how can they become a citizen would they have to go home first and apply for citizenship or could they just apply here and stay?

My home borders a railroad track out in the country.About 3 years ago,the RR replaced all the ties,left several HUGE piles,hundreds,maybe thousands of them on the other side of the RR track.Since then,I ,and my wife,have had rashes,breathing problems,and I have been diagnosed with cirrhossis(never drank,no hepatitis)and several blood disorders.We have also had a devil of a time with this "black soot"looking stuff,all in the ac filters,ceiling fans,walls.It's been driving us crazy,as we are neat freaks.I finally called an "air quality specialist"who came out,said it wasn't mold,and beyond his scope.His guess was the pile of RR ties.He put me in touch with the EPA,who sounded VERY concerned when they questioned me and are going to send agents out to test the air,soil,and water.O.K.,Background over.My question.

This home is my LIFE,I have blood,sweat,and tears in every board in this house,every flower and fruit tree in the yard.My imagination is going wild.

Hello,
I got my canadian permanent residence in first week of October for my whole family (me, husband and son). Actually my husband and I now live seperately for some months. We are thinking to get divorced before going to Canada in February. However I wonder if I have to inform the canadian embassy/office about changes of my marital status, and if this change will make it difficult for me to get permanent residence permit later after I enter Canada?
I would appreciate if someone can answer me with correct information. Thank you very much!

My Employer has filed a H1 Visa petition in 2006 as it is got approved. I have not gone for stamping till date. Is the H1 Visa Petition still Valid? I have petition number with me. Is there any way to check for Validity? Can i go for personal appearance for the same?
