Hello,
I got my canadian permanent residence in first week of October for my whole family (me, husband and son). Actually my husband and I now live seperately for some months. We are thinking to get divorced before going to Canada in February. However I wonder if I have to inform the canadian embassy/office about changes of my marital status, and if this change will make it difficult for me to get permanent residence permit later after I enter Canada?
I would appreciate if someone can answer me with correct information. Thank you very much!

Tell the truth about your relationship rather than being discovered that you are no longer living together which could be a ground for the revocation of the permanent residence visa.
