I bought an item for £215.
I started a dispute with ebay and the seller finally sent me the item.
I forgot to terminate (close) the dispute and Paypal have found in my favour. I have been refunded £150 so far. What happens now? Can I keep this money or will Paypal start some sort of recovery process against me? Is it just bad luck for the seller or can I be forced to give back the money?

I presume the seller has proof of postage. Has anybody else been in this position before?

Ok so a month ago i get a run in with the CAS(cps equivalent) and they get a complaint from a public health nurse which was unverified. So shortly after them leaving they obtain MY medical files illegally without consent or a warrant of any kind. So i decide to file a complaint with the workers supervisor for invading my doctor/patient confidentiality well the supervisor agrees that the worker was wrong and says she will give me a written apology, i was satisfied with that.(that was 2 weeks ago) then yesterday she(the worker) says she has to come back out cause there were "new" allegations i am a drug user... WTF??? I have never touched a drug in my life.
I tell her i will go for hair folicle,blood and urine testing to prove it.
Do you think that perhaps this worker invented this lie because she was angry i filed a complaint against her? She had openly obtained and spoken to my doctors just 2 weeks ago and if there were concerns of drug abuse she would have known about it.

Can the non custodial parent 'force' the minor child to leaving with them? Can and will the police department help? There is a lot more to this, but the non custodial parent does have a COURT ORDERED visitation guide, and has NEVER done anything to harm, (in any fashion) this child. How can the visitation be enforced against the CHILD?

Well my friend Kotaro is Japanese by birth but american at heart haha his whole life he's gone to an international school in Japan and I'm ashamed to even say he knows more about the US than I do and speaks english better than me even though I was born and raised in the US. Sad part though is he does not know a word of Japanese since his whole like all his friends have been westeners and he lives around them.

So anyway I met him during senior year and I was quite taken back by how much he respected the United States and really hopes that he could become a US Marine one day since he considers them I quote "The meanest motherfuckers oh the face of this earth!"

I've even joked to him that he should marry one of my exes so he could become a citizen and he actually took me seriously.
So is there anyway one can be granted residency or citizenship for outstanding love of the country and its constitution or something? I mean isnt this the kind of person we want in our country?

I thought that this was supposed to be a Country which enjoyed Freedom of Speech.

I for one am fed up with ***** footing around people who are so sensitive that they cannot listen to an honest answer, and who haven't got broad shoulders. (Yahoo havePC'd my expression for a cat)

I pressume it all came about when we had to have an influx of immigrants from other continents, and when Homosexuals became "Gay". Don't get me wrong here. But everyone nowadays seems to be up in arms about some sensitivity they may have.

After all when the US forces were over here everyone called them Yanks.....did they moan.....no.
The Australians call us English......Pommies.... do we moan....NO.
When black people came here to Britain they called us white honkies.... did we moan or object ......NO.


So whats it all about then?
and when did it all happen that we went PC.

Recently the state of Missouri is getting tougher on Illegals along with several other states. I noticed they will effect state contractors, but not private contractors like myself.
I believe it should effect ALL employers since we (private employers) make up most the jobs that Illegals are filing that could be (and should be) held by the legal taxpayer.

I'm on a website like myspace (but it isn't myspace so no blame on them, myspace is good) and you see there profiles that are racist, gay bashing, and sometimes they even do negationism (blood& honour and so on). How do you counter that and where do i have to go to get them removed or sanction them?

shouldn't you have a member of your family murdered in a gruesome way, the murderer caught, and then you can sit back and re-think your own views?

Could you still honestly say the murderer should live and be released back into society? And if they killed again, would you feel any guilt?
