In Singapore, Saudi Arabia and China (just to name a few) possession of *any* MJ is enough to get someone executed. "Throughout the world"? Have you considered how other cultures view this substance?

Legalized? At best it'd be legalized in some nations, but it will never be "around the world".

If marijuana was legalized, the drug companies would put street peddlers out of business over night. Medical Marijuana would be over priced and folks would still go to jail for growing it in their back yards- because the drug companies would have no control over it. It is legal in Holland

Yes only because it looks like people will always smoke it. And some of them get criminal records when caught with it.
No because it does cause damage eventually in people who do it too much. I don't smoke because I never liked the feeling. I was told that if you do it a lot, when you stop it makes it hard to concentrate and coordinate. Plus it can mess with your hearing.

No of course!! If it will be legalized, then many more youngters will try that..(there are almost 9 out of 10 persons who will try it!) and it will be more complicated if it will be legalized throughout the world!! It's ingredients were almost present in some "drugs"..and we can't let those even young persons (i'm 13) to try it..I am not trying it, actually..I think it will just ruin my life..

Yes I think it should be compulsory to smoke dope especially at work. More so if you have a position of responsibilty. My reasoning......
Some of the dopey decisions made by people in managerial positions. They could then say well "what do you expect I'm on drugs"?

Should, yes. Will? No. All criminalizing it did was empower organized crime just like alcohol prohibition did and by taking out the criminal element, there will be nobody pressuring people to try harder (more profitable) drugs.

Probably.

It is not as detrimental to your health as cigarettes or alcohol, and if it were legalized the illegal drug trade would take a hit.

No, I dont think so, Because even though that the government will earn money from it, it's not that good in terms of its bad effect on our health.... we all know that it can cause addiction, and i dont think that anyone of here wants to be living in a addictive country....
