Being born or residing in an area does not necessarily make you a member of that areas particular ethnic groups.

If I had been born in Mexico to white parents, I'd still be white.

Your making a big stretch here.

Ey, enough of your quote mining, pal. George Romney was born to caucasian, Mormon parents in Mexico but was a U.S. citizen because his parents were also U.S. citizens.

I can understand your loathing of Mitt Romney, the new Slick Willy, but stick to the facts please. He'll undo himself soon enough, as he's had to back off of the lie about his father marching with MLK already.
