I think some people answer before reading the link, I'm against capital punishment but this chair is a good idea.
I would have thought in this day and age, it would be relatively simple to block mobile use electronically.
I'm a recovered alcoholic, and when I was in re-hab I met a young lad who subsequent to re-hab, relapsed and ended up in the 'Scrubs', I went to visit him there a couple of months ago, and he said that heroin was easier to buy 'inside' than on the streets.
I learned a lot from that visit about prison visiting, some officers turn a 'blind eye' to it's use because it makes inmates easier to control, appart from the few who are bribed to bring the stuff in.
Women visitors regularly bring stuff in for boyfriends, I leave it to your imagination where they can hide it.
