IT IS YOUR LIFE. $10,000 BOND. BONDS MEN /WOMEN CHARGE A 10% FEE. (UPFRONT MONEY FOR THEM YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN /$1,000)
IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THE COURT HOUSE, AND IF YOUR PROPERTY IS WORTH $10,000, THEN YOU CAN BOND HIM OUT ON A PROPERTY BOND AGAINST YOUR HOUSE??(HOUSE HAS TO BE HOMESTEADED)
REALIZE IF HE FAILS TO SHOW AGAIN AND THEY CANNOT FIND HIM YOU HAVE JUST LOST YOUR HOUSE.
NOW HOW DO YOU WANT TO TREAT MOM??
WILL SHE PUT UP HER HOUSE FOR COLLATERAL??
SO YOU GET HIM OUT HE GETS SCARED AND RUNS OR FLEES THE STATE. YOU HAVE ALL YOUR POSSESSIONS LOST. MOST DRUG DEALERS DO NOT SHOW UP. WATCH DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER?
DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK HE WILL SHOW UP?
WHEN HE GETS OUT, HE WILL LOOK TO HIKE OUT, BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN.(ONE INMATE TOLD ME IN 72 "WHERE DO YOU GO WHEN YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW?")
LET HIM LEARN A LESSON OK?
DON'T BE HIS PATSY. AS FAR AS THE 80 YEAR OLD IS CONCERNED, TELL HER, IF SHE WANTS TO PUT UP HER HOUSE, AND HOPE SHE DOES NOT LOSE IT, THEN GO FOR IT.
WHEN SHE IS ON THE STREET, AND HE IS OUT ON THE LAMB, THEN YOU CAN SAY "I TOLD YA."
LET THE COURT RELEASE HIM OR SENTENCE HIM OR WHAT EVER.
A LOT TO BE SAID IN WHAT MY DAD TOLD ME "YOU MADE YOUR BED NOW SLEEP IN IT -OK?"
MY DAD ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF I EVER DID GET ARRESTED AND BOOKED INTO JAIL, TO CALL HIM. I SAID; " OK DAD. YA GONNA GET ME OUT."
HE SAID; " NO, I'LL KNOW WHERE YA ARE AND I CAN GO TO SLEEP?"

You would have to pay a bondsman $1000.00 to post bond for this guy. If he has fines to pay then the judge will have to set a payment date for those. You may be able to speak on his behalf, but it depends on the judge of course. Some judges really just dont' want to hear anything from the family. I realize you want this guy out of jail, but you really need to think about whether you want to put up your hard earned $1000.00 for this guy. If he skips out on his court date again then you won't get your money back. If he is guilty of the drug charges he'll probably end up being sent to jail for that. It may be better to leave him in jail then he might get some credit for time served.

Its up to you...you better be damn sure he's going to show up for his next court date, or you're going to be out a thousand bucks.

First stop being stupid, keep your money. Secondly, if he had drugs like that you are not his only girlfriend so dont be the only one in court with him ok.

Felony drugs, failure to appear... do him, yourself and society a favor and LEAVE HIM IN JAIL.
