I am a teacher. We had something called the DARE program where policemen would try to teach. After spending millions of dollars, it was canceled because policemen are such lousy teachers, the program which put an LAPD officer into every 6th Grade class in Los Angeles was a total, abject, failure. I wouldn't do a very good job as a cop. Cops can't teach.

Teaching can be effectively be made by a law enforcer or cop if properly trained. The secret of effective teaching are use of tolls for proper learning.
