I know of a man that was recently sentenced to 10.25 years for Rape of a Child in the First Degree. This is a felony sentence in Washington State. How much of that sentence will he most likely have to fulfill? Are felonies pretty much standard meaning universal in every state? Is there are certain amount of time that has to be served collectively for any state or what?

Odd isn't it , He will spend less time in jail than if he had sold a couple of ounces of cocaine. He should spend the rest of his life in prison. Heck ! He should get the death penalty. Our legal system is really messed up. He will serve 75 to 80 % of his sentence is all. Not half what he deserves.

Its gonna depend on the judges decision. Most judges hate this type of stuff so will most likley give him the maxium sentence.

As for getting out on good behavior. If he is good while he is in there, it is still decided by the judge that sentenced him if he can get out on good behavior..

Arcanum Noctis is probably right about him getting murdered in prision to. If anyone in there finds out that he is in there for abusing, raping, or murdering a child then he will definatly get the **** kicked out of him the whole time he is in there.

Can't answer your question, but a man in Louisiana was recently given the death penality for raping a child. 10 years is a pretty light sentence for such.
