It is classified as a vital skill. There is only one blue monster that can bake real cookies & that is our notorious cookie Monster. She looks tough but inside, she is filled with chocolate. If you ask her nicely, she might let you try her cookies.

The Cookie Monsters do NOT bake cookies...he eats them. We have no shortage of cookie eaters here so there are no available immigration slots for Cookie Monsters.

You need to look at the Department of Labor website to see if cookie eater is classified as a skilled labor category that is in shortage. I highly doubt it.

Well you must have heard that Cookie monster was nearly kicked off sesame street and replaced with the Veggie monster. I don't know if that had to do with immigration laws or the seven deadly sins but thank god its been averted.
