Its not found in any article of the constitution, it was added after the ratification of the original document and is part of the constitution under amendments I don't think it is specifically called the Bill of Rights in the constitution but it is the first 10. Some of the ideas for what is contained in the Bill of Rights were put forward in the Federalist Papers.
