i was visiting friends in rochester and when i was on I-90 i got pulled over for doing 80 in a 65. i work construction and i was talking to my foreman and he said that if its your first offense in new york then you can be exempt from the points and fine if i fill out the right form and send it in. can anyone give me a link for the form?

I'm looking to get a divorce and dont have alot of money to do so, my question is what kind of divorce am i looking for? what one would suit me best
we are divorcing on or own terms
we have 2 children that we will talk about custody and decide

The reason I ask this question is clearly given the fact that resources are limited, the government has to decide on whether to go after organized crime, drug lords, corportate fraud, stock fraud, anti trust cases, those who willingly sell tainted products to unsuspecting public, etc...... But the government has chosen to spend years and millions to take down Barry Bonds... why?

I was charged w/ Felony Domestic Battery. (got in a fight with my father, he got cut.) Plead guilty to a Misdemenaor charge of Domestic Battery and got 2 years probation. My P.O. had me sign my rights to possess a firearm away. My Question is after probation can I legally own a Handgun or not? I live in Illinois, might move to Texas.

We bombed the crap out of him, killed some of his family, and he straightened right out.
I personally prefer to live in peace, but the big hairy monster is always an option and some people only seem to learn the hard way.
I wish someone would explain to me how letting people attack us and/or threaten us is the right thing to do.

I have friends in the military, and some say bootcamp wasnt that hard, and some say it was the hardest experience of their life. So was basic that hard, or was it really easy. Or it depends on your health and mentallty at that time?

But Zou Ji, a member of China's delegation who specializes in clean-energy-technology issues, said in an interview he would introduce a proposal during the meeting that would set up a body under the United Nations to promote the transfer of renewable-energy technology to poorer nations.

He will also propose that the U.N. body manage a fund that would help finance the spread of new, clean-power technologies. The fund also would support research on clean-energy technology and could acquire intellectual-property rights related to clean power.

"We are dealing with something related to public good," Mr. Zou said. "It's a trade-off between intellectual-property rights and climate protection."

All the robber did was take a small amount of money. Couldn't the police live without that. A few weeks before a man went into a Well-Fargo and walked out with $400,000 and they haven't caught him.
I am suggesting that these young police officer cannot contro their adrinaline. (sp) I am also concerned about how many police officers are being killed.

True Koran followers follow this doctrine.

Both Muslims and Islams have burned the American flag, right next to the Israeli flag.
