I'm looking to get a divorce and dont have alot of money to do so, my question is what kind of divorce am i looking for? what one would suit me best
we are divorcing on or own terms
we have 2 children that we will talk about custody and decide
no property and i dont want any of his stuff just a simple divorce form so all the rest we can work out

No divorce with two children is that simple. Depending on the age of your children the amount of child support over the years can add up to tens, even hundreds, of thousands of dollars. It is stupid to risk that kind of money because you want to save a few hundred now. See an attorney.

BTW (illustrative of the quality of the lay advice on this site) -- the filing fee for a divorce in Fla. is not $65.00; it is $364.00.

You want a "simple divorce or dissolution". You can get the paperwork at the Domestic Relations court. You fill them out and sign them. Then turn them back in to the court and pay the fees (think it was $65 in Florida) and wait about two weeks for your case to come up. Both parties must be in agreement with all terms.

File the divorce by citing the reasons and be able to support it with evidence.
