My friend got arrested for tresspassing and he was suppose to go to court before school started but now he doesnt know when he is going? does this mean his case is dismissed? School started September and its not Dec.

No. Your friend cannot assume the case is dismissed until the court actually informs him it is dismissed.

Your friend needs to call the court and find out the status of the case and when his court date is. Unless he/she spoke with someone or went to court its more likely than not its not dismissed.

my boyfriend got arrested and the bail bonds people told us it takes 2 yrs, and if you get no court date its automatically dismissed. but im not sure if thats for every case
