intentional exposure to dangerous substances. Materials included mustard and nerve gas, ionizing radiation, psychochemicals, hallucinogens, and drugs used during the Gulf War .

In 1965 a CIA project with the Department of Defense began a project called Project MKSEARCH, which was a program to develop the capacity to manipulate human behavior with the use of mind-altering drugs. After testing LSD from the 40's to the 50's I guess our government wasn't satisfied.

Yes, I believe our candidates should be interested, most definitely make statements to stop making us guinea pigs in such a rude way, our military is subject to great harm in the VA Hospitals with this type testing, and they are the first ones to get it, not to forget the many men in 1932 who died of a vinereal disease because our government wanted to see what happens if untreated.

Yes, I recall all to well the use and experiment of one type of drug (vaccine) that was supposed to help our troops least they become exposed to said biological warfare.

The only exposure our troops received was from its own people.

Many troops and families had a high level of birth defects after that period.

I do not know if they are getting any Government subsidiary in which to deal with the medical cost of said effect.

To answer your Q, Yes I believe that the president has the right to know what is happening, unless he optes not to be.
