Do they do this out of envy and secretly wish they were Americans?

Why are they so obsessed with our country?

Ghandi asked a similar question not so long ago when he had to contend with an occupying colonial force in his country.

First if all, i would like to say that i'm not american, nor I live in the US, but i follow your news and debates.

Don't get me wrong, im not necessarily saying that she's no good but i fail to find anything special, or outstanding about her other than the fact that she's a woman.

But she seems to have the nomination pretty much wraped up so... im i missing something or what?

P.S.: I don't think that being first lady gives you much merit..

I was recently hit by a car and the guy attempted to drive off. A friend stopped the driver and told him that he knew his rego plates. The driver took off and went to Police Station. I was badly injured and required hospitalisation. The Police have decided to take no action, saying the driver sought medical attention for me at Police Station. I think he only went there because he knows he had been seen. He didn't even check on me or call ambulance at accident scene. Surely he has not offered the assistance he is required to do by law. How do I get Police to take action against him?

A mate of mine is appearing in court for the 3rd time (South Africa...!!) for an alleged drink driving charge - however, he was not asked to supply a blood or urine sample - so basically, just a breathalyser - Please correct me if I'm wrong - but I don't believe that "breath" can be entered as "evidence"....??? And, it;s the 3rd time he has to go because the first time he went on the stated date, his name was never called (even after 5 hours) and then the 2nd time was just chaos. So, Can A Breathalyzer Sample Alone Be given as Evidence???? OH, NB - this incident took place about 6 months ago......What "Shelf-Life" does human breath have I wonder.....?? Cheers all !!

I am trying to figure out what charge "Poss CS by Fraud Sch I/II F2 94" stands for. I am assuming "Poss" is either Possession or Possible, and "CS" means Controlled Substance. I would really like to quit assuming, and know for sure. Thanks!

WASHINGTON - Former White House press secretary Scott McClellan blames President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney for efforts to mislead the public about the role of White House aides in leaking the identity of a CIA operative.

In an excerpt from his forthcoming book, McClellan recounts the 2003 news conference in which he told reporters that aides Karl Rove and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby were "not involved" in the leak involving operative Valerie Plame.

Hello everyone,

I am considering donating to a political candidate, something I have never done before. The only catch is that I am looking to relocate to the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC....so I'd like to donate to perhaps someone running for county executive, or something along those lines. I do have some questions though-is it true that the more you donate, the more influence he/she can help you to find a government job? Also, how much can you donate-I was under the impression now it is capped. Thank you so much for your help and happy Thanksgiving!

Clinton's big-government vision is really no different than that envisioned by the neoconservatives so loathed by the left. Clinton, remember, not only voted for the Iraq war, she still hasn't conceded she was wrong to do so, and has made no promise to end it any time soon. Hillary Clinton voted for both the Patriot Act and its reauthorization. She voted for building a wall on the U.S.-Mexican border. She voted to loosen restrictions limiting the federal government's ability to wiretap cell phones. In the past, she has supported a robust role for the federal government in enforcing "decency" standards in television and music. She teamed up with Sen. Rick Santorum on a bill calling for the federal government to restrict the sale of violent video games. "I'm a strong believer in executive authority," Clinton has said. "I wish that, when my husband was president, people in Congress had been more willing to recognize presidential authority."

Doesn't this sound like a neocon to you?
