I'm doing an editorial against littering.
I already have a lot of ideas as to why someone would not want to litter( negative effects to the environment and such...),
but i can't think of any reason why someone WOULD want to litter...
are they just too lazy and not care? or what are other reasons someone would be alright with littering?

help? please?

A former employee of AT&T states how the NSA not only built a secret room in AT&T buildings to monitor calls, but most of them were purely domestic, and where he worked the NSA had split all internet signals into 2 identical copies, one going to be monitored, that's the whole internet being watched.

The reason I ask this is because so many people here seem to follow the "well you shouldn't worry if you have nothing to hide" mind set.

My car was towed for not having insurance, I paid the insurance but now my license is "supposedly" suspended. The police let me take my car; only to pull me over a mile down the road for having a suspended license. Is this legal on there part?? Please provide any websites that may help also. I live in Massachusetts. Thanks a lot!!

PS: It's been a rough couple weeks.......

NO PORK
No payments from lobbiests, keeping the representative busy representing companies rather than constituants.
No paying scientists for false reports, no blacking out stuff they don't agree with, censoring or controlling the media from any side, lib or conservative
NO CORRUPTION!!

what that means, that they wont pay a cent while in training? I recently got cited for Minors: Purchase/Possession at U of Illinois. I had someone else's ID on me, who was 21, but I did not purchase any alcohol, possess any alcohol, and they never breathalized me to prove I consumed any alcohol. I did, however, have a wristband from the bar that represents someone being 21.

I didn't know at the time, but someone I know got this same ticket once and just mailed it in, and 2 months later got a letter from the secretary of state saying his license was suspended.

Do you think I have a shot at fighting this with a lawyer in court? Any suggestions on what moves to make?

Our Farm Subsidies do a great job of subsidizing the Billionaires like Paul Allen, Lee Bass and Edgar Bronfman Sr. Not to mention Millionaires like Scottie Pippen, and Rep Michele Bachman R. Minn that tireless fighter of entitlements.

Why can't we afford to provide health care for children (SCHIP) I know the means test seems high for family income, but clearly it is not nearly as high as the means test for Farm Subsidies

my husband is trying to reenlist into the military. he was discharged January, 7 2005 with a general under honorable discharge with a separation code of jka and reentry code of 3. his recruiter doesn't want to submit his waiver because of his company grade article 15 which was because of simple assault for defending himself from his ex-wife. what the article 15 states is that he pushed his her with an open hand. he has a sworn statement from an E5 Sgt stating that he was defending himself from her abusive beating while he was inside his vehicle and she was outside the vehicle. she beat him through the driver side window. what do you think? is he eligible to get back in? the recruiter is basically afraid because of that article 15. Everything is done to reenlist except for resubmitting the drug test and submitting for the waiver.

This guy who I thought was my "friend" stole adderall out of my purse. As soon as I found out, I told him I would never talk to him again. However, it makes me furious that he got away with it. He stole 30 adderall tablets out of my perscription bottle.....I want to tell the cops but he told me if I did he was just lie to them that I sold it to him. If I went to the police and told them what happened, could they end up believing this guy and charging me with selling drugs? It infuriates me because I have ADHD and I really need my adderall to help me with my schoo work.
Or should I just get over it? I mean, it was only 30 pills. He may have fun with my pills, getting high........but those 30 pills won't last more than a month! Also, I found out that he is giving the pills away to "hott girls" that he likes to score points with them. It makes me sick that my personal prescription drugs are going all over town. Is there any way to trace the pills back to me? Are there numbers on them?

I lost the eye when I was 2.
I had Optic Nerve Glioma.
I wear a contact in the good eye. The PX is -6.
Nothing has reoccurred since the eye was removed.
I can see 140 degrees peripheral vision.
I can drive any vehicle without a problem.
I cant see 3D movies.
I would like an honest answer please! thanks.

I mean take California and its history of wild fires that found the government unprepared for the consequences. Now, when the weather announces that a santa ana wind condition is likely to occur, they finally take preventive measures to ward off excessive damage like putting extra equipment in strategic spots and ordering extra aircraft and making it ready to go in case of disastor. This is something that should have been done in the first place instead of having all of that red tape which would have saved a lot of lives and property.......
