NO PORK
No payments from lobbiests, keeping the representative busy representing companies rather than constituants.
No paying scientists for false reports, no blacking out stuff they don't agree with, censoring or controlling the media from any side, lib or conservative
NO CORRUPTION!!
I mean, how can we, the average joes, clean out this septic system we call Washington? Restore something we can be proud in, people who UPHOLD the constitution?

i figured this one out years ago . increase the number senators and congress people by ten fold and make the lobyists spent way more money, and let a citizens group sit in on the committee meetings with a check book full of millions to pay off our own polititions with, the telecom companies pay off both sides your phone bill is basicly a tax , split by the phone company and the two political parties. do you ever notice the new technology never makes your bill go down. we have the money . they pay only a few million to be able to rip us off out of billions. i dont know how the republicans got away with doing nothing about it for 6 years. they are all bought and paid for.

joseph good idea!

Create a Lottery- filled with the names of ALL Americans of Sound Mind & Civic Duty...-and from that random selection (Whether they wanted the job- or NOT), choose a House of Representatives, full Senate, vice President AND President. After a brief "Orientation" designed to familiarize them with their respective duties & responsibilities- this "Hand Picked" government- would be about as HONEST as you're EVER going to get! :)

Elect Ralph Nader and change human nature.

Unfortunately, neither will ever happen. It is a sad truth that one cannot legislate against greed. No matter how many laws are written against corruption, people will find a way to get around them, or just break them secretly.
