First Offense: 48 hours of jail time, 3-5 years court probation, license suspended for 4 months, fines up to $1800, DUI School
Second Offense within 10 years: 96 hours of jail time, 3-5 years of Court Probation, Loss of driver's license for 18 months, fines up to $2800
Third Offense within 10 years: 120 days of jail time, 3-5 years formal probation, driver's license revoked for 3 years, fines up to $2800

REALLY I THINK ALL STARS, PRO BALL PLAYERS, SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE INSTEAD OF GIVEN NOTORIETY STATUS.
