Yes! Police chases are awesome when there is nobody hurt! My husband and I have been in 3 police chases and I am a civilian! It happened during 3 ride along sessions. If you have never done a ride along with an officer, try it. Just once, try it and I guarantee that you will love it. You actually get to see what an officer goes through an 8 or 12 hour shift. You will grow to appreciate them more. I have a lot of respect for all Police Officers.

Actually I even witnessed a take-down. It happend at a mall nearby.

I do not know why I happen to witness these - after all, I live in a quiet neighborhood. Nothing like this happens in my area ---The people I went to visit - on business - were in a low-income housing (sorry it happens to poor people) that the criminal elements were quite a few.
