ONLY IF YOU WERE CHARGED WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT
RECKLESS DRIVING
NOT IN CONTROL OF VEHICLE
DRIVING IN AN UNSAFE MANNER
PLUS THE 30 OVER THE LIMIT.
YOU SAY GOT PULLED OVER AT SPEEDS OF 30+ OVER THE SPEED LIMIT?
THIS SOUNDS LIKE A CHASE BEFORE YOU GOT PULLED OVER? (THEN THE CHARGE COULD BE FAILURE TO STOP, ELUDING, ESCAPE, FELONY FLIGHT ETC ETC?)

While it is possible to end up in jail before you go to court for the ticket for speeding 30+ over the limit it is very unlikely Expect to pay a very hefty fine and lose about 6 points or more from your license

As with any question about the results of a case, it depends on the jurisdiction.
In the state that I practice, it is unlikely that you would be arrested at the time that the ticket was written. However, in many of the counties, you would be required to appear in court on the ticket (no mail-in fine) and the judge would give very serious consideration to making you serve several days in jail with a stiff fine as well.

you would NOT go to jail as long as SPEEDING was the ONLY thing you were doing wrong. If you were driving irratically, you MIGHT be given a breathalizer test and arrested on suspicion of drunk driving ---(until a blood or urine test could be done where the charge would be changed to DUI or DWI).... or if you were found to have DRUG paraphanalia in your vehicle then you might get tossed in jail for a POSSESSION charge ---depending on how much drugs you were carrying..but normally you would just be given a STERN LECTURE by the cop and a beautiful, frameable SPEEDING TICKET ... ... Many points off your license AND a pretty decent FINE once you appeared in court...

It is called wreckless driving and yes you can go to jail for it. More importantly you can kill innocent people driving that far over the speed limit. Anyone who drives that far over the speed limit is a moron. If you want to kill yourself then fine, but dont risk others lives doing it.

It depends on other things if you will be arrested or not, but you definitely CAN be. You can also have your license revoked indefinitely. You CAN go to jail and it could be for more than one night. Plus you cold die or kill someone. The limit is the law, obey it.

it is heavily aint even humorous not greater. I have been given love for X and that i admire his song yet, that's time for him to do some actual time. He HAS to get atleast a twelve months to set him right away. This probation ish for sure isnt working. I have been given a twelve months in juvie for skipping skool too plenty and this ***** (at the same time together with his rap sheet) remains out and approximately after bail??

It depends...what state are you in and what are the other circumstances at the time? Imagine its 3am and noone else on the road, not imagine its 2 in the afternoon before a holiday weekend, see the difference?
