My father is considering divorcing my step-mother (whom I love dearly) because her ex-husband wont stop taking them to court. Her ex is trying to get back child support from her and she doesn't have a job and they are very poor. Before they were married, her ex took them to court for "cohabitation", so they got married to keep him from trying that again. Now since my step-mother doesnt have a job her ex is trying to collect child support from her by taking property away from my dad. My dad is fed up with his wife's ex and him trying to take money away from my dad's two youg kids, so he's thinking of divorcing his new wife. I know the legal system is different from state to state and we live in Arkansas, so any help would be great thanks.

Bush has gotten real friendly with Musharraf, but doesn't he look like your everyday Castro in military uniform? Here comes Bhutto from exile from the Emirates and now she seems like a little tiny bastion of democracy. What will Bush do now? Especially since Pakistan is with the nukes and the Taliban in the backyard?

An in-law occasionally borrows my car (in NJ). You don't normally ask a relative for proof of valid license in lending a car when they already told you they have one. But recently she was in a store writing a check and produced the form of ID normally used by folk who have no DL, and said her DL is at home. This seems very odd, so I'm wondering what the potential consequences are on my car, its registration and/or insurance when not-knowingly lending it to someone who is unlicensed?
