Anybody who has studied his facial features on tv knows that they are much closer to those of an orangutan.

Actually, a chimp would be much closer to what he looks like. (an orangutan has a round face) Also, he likes to stick his finger up his butt and smell it. and he has big floppy ears like a chimp. And Michal Jackson was seen around the white house recently, asking if anyone has seen bubbles

LOL.. But some small tweaks in photo shop its really easy for him to look like a chimp, has the facial structure ears are about the right size and his speech ( mouth movement ) can easily be transposed. His IQ is that of a chimp it seems, he doesn't seem to be able to see further then the end of his nose.

...You're right, they are more similar to an orangutan.
I think it's probably because more people have seen chimps than orangutans. Not all zoos have the latter, but almost all have the former.

lol.... the orangutan, is smarter than the chimp, i thought....well he is on the reading level of a chimp, so i think thats what really counts....also he scratches his head like a chimp...lol...
