The state board is kinda giving me a hard time about it. along with a dui charge from 2003 i'm kinda worried. I mean i'm 30 now. i was 21 when the domestic violence charge happened but it was dropped the prosecutor literally laughed when he saw the charges because it was completely the other parties fault. as for the dui i blew exactly at .08 and back in 03 the laws were stiff just not as stiff as they are now. I need help, i'm worried i've come to far to just quit.

Why should someone get paid more than another person? Some people struggle to survive. Not everyone can be successful. Why should people get paid millions of dollars and others get paid practically nothing? And not everyone who actually helps society gets paid a lot; movie stars, professional sports stars, etc get paid alot, and others who actually try hard in their jobs get paid little more than dirt. That isn't fair. Everyone needs to be paid the same. Money shouldn't be an issue for anyone. People should do a job because they are passionate about it. Their own self-satisfaction should be its own reward.

The charges were for assult with deadly weapon. I dont feel bad for him but I really do feel pressured. My grandma (my uncles mom) is always saying she's sick and my aunt called telling me that if she dies it will be my fault. What Can I do, i was only defending myself!! The national highway act of 1984 states that states are complied to raise the drinking age to 21 or the state will get 10% cut from their annual federal highway funds. To me, this is against the 10th and 21st amendment. Because of one group, MADD, who is trying to prohibit every single alcohol. I think we should repeal this law and create another amendment of maintaining the age of 18 or better yet make a consitutional amendment. Take for example that the legal limit for BAC is .08% while for under 21 is .01%. This is ridiculous. Please send you thoughts out.

I bought a Maytag washer & dryer from craigslist.org.
I learned my lesson. I will never do that again.
I bought them for $650.... thinking I got a good deal.
But I was stupid and believed the washer worked. I asked them many times if it worked. The humble couple said they were almost new.
I bought them 6 months ago. And I just connected them today. I waited till my dad came back from vacation. Because I don't know how to connect any appliance.
So the washer didn't turn on. I called a repair man, and he said the computer on it was burned out.
I feel so stupid now.
I printed out all the emails we sent to each other.
So what can I do? Can I take her to small claims if they don't give me my money back????? I live in Illinois.

It was on the situation Room, with Wolf Blitzer! Can you believe this? Congress, and the Senate, want to reduce their work week, to FOUR days a week!
They only work on an average of seventy days a year, as it is, and they are grossly overpaid, for what they do now!
This is insult to injury!
Is this a smack in the face, to the American people or what??
It's not bad enough that they give themselves a hefty pay hike every year?
Wouldn't it be a good idea to go back to the way it was when the country started? They got room and board, and worked their butts off!
What do you think?

They can commit crimes and escape. They cannot be arrested or even given a ticket.. Why must they have Diplomatic Immunity? I think it is impunity.
