Why are the shopping malls in Texas filled with illegal mexican on the weekend and no INS to load them up?

Many Americans are afraid to send our children and especially young daughters to shopping malls alone anymore for fear they may be assaulted by many people loitering in the malls.

Have you carded any of these individuals? Do you know they're illegals? If you do, have you reported them?

1] How do you know that they are Mexican and/or illegals?

2] Are the Americans that you refer to over-anxious, paranoiac or racist?

3] What else are these Americans doing to undermine the self confidence of their children?

4] What is the basis of the fear of assault "by many people loitering in the malls"?

The trouble is identifying illegals in that situation. There are many Hispanics who are legal. If the Feds started to round up people who were just out shopping and then found that many of them are, in fact, legal residents it would be a public relations disaster that would cause the effort to reduce illegal immigration greta harm.

In my view, it is much better to target the companies who employ illegals. Despite the recent court ruling in CA, it can actually be done if the political will is there.

How do you know they are illegal?
Are you assuming?

The INS has the same problem.
So, are we to now carry around national ID to prove we are citizens and if we forget it, we can get swept up with the rest and stay in lock up for 72 hours to determine we're legal? What about the mistake that says you are Serbian and ships you back?
