Our system of government relies on a judicial system to decide who is a criminal and who is not. So yes, it's wrong to kill people, and you would just become a criminal if you followed through with this ill-conceived notion.

I understand how you feel, but yes it's bad. I don't know if you're religious or not, but in the Bible it states that only God will be the judge on Judgement Day. But I know how ya feel!

Who died and made you the arbiter of what is or is not acceptable in society?
What you propose is called vigilantism; regardless of your motiviation or intent, it is highly illegal and will get you up to life in prison.
