I'm not sure if i should go after him now or wait & let my child go after him when they turn 18yrs.
my child was injured by a dog & was given a settlement to be put in a trust fund intill his 18 birthday now he has nothing...
can i hold his lawyer liable in anyway for not making sure it was deposited in a trust account or would i just go after the father?

I purchased a Coach handbag off of ebay over 2 weeks ago. The seller wrote "Authentic" in the description.. but she also wrote "All sales are final"... When I recieved this bag I took it to a Coach store and they said that it is not authentic... Do you know if I would be entitled to a refund since she lied in the description?? She also stated "Excellent used condition" and the bag had 2 red stains on it. She refused to refund me so i had to file a claim through paypal.. just wondering what the outcome might be..

I know that in the 2000 elections, Mel Carnahan was elected to the Senate posthumously. I read an article that said that was the first time someone had been elected posthumously for the Senate but it also said that three times representatives had been elected posthumously to the House of Representatives.

Who were those three representatives? I can't find who they were.

Additionally, in the Missouri Senate race--Carnahan's wife filled the seat. Who filled the seats for those House candidates who were elected after they died?

My mom got into an argument with a lady at work who boasted about being in jail and threatened to wait outside for my mom to get off so that she could "pull her down by her hair" and what-not (she didn't by the way). So now my mom's all worried and wants to get a taser but is worried about lawsuit type things. Does anyone know anything about this, like say for example she gets attacked and no one sees it and she uses a taser... could she get sued for that? Could you help me find websites that would tell me more about this type of thing?

I live in the south of tasmania and its long been rumoured that there is a secret military base deep in the bush where politicions can hide if a war ever broke out.

First i thought it was bull crap, but then a few days ago 6 F-111's flew over the valley where i live (South tasmania). Then yesterday 2 bushmaster (like US Humvee but more heavy duty) drove past my house at high speed, the evidence is starting to mount up.

Has anybody else heard anything about this before or believe that there may be a base here?

Got a citation ticket.
I got it about a year ago, and I wrote a reason to appeal it.
I have never heard from them since then, and I actually left the states to Japan.
The bad news is I don’t have the ticket with me anymore; there is no way I can find out my situation by using their city web-site.
Here I am planning to visit America again, and I am abit worried. Does this affect my visit( passport to enter the state, to be specific) ?
