This is not to you....but anyone that thinks they are voting for John Howard is a goose. You are voting for Peter Costello!!! Howard has said he will quit within 18 months.
I USE to vote Liberal and will never again. You will hear all sorts of scare campaigns from the Libs but everything has changed and doesn't relate to modern politics. You will hear all about underLabor interest rates were this and that. You need to vote for the future, unfortunately Liberal are always looking back, forgetting the future. Look at Climate Change, Howard said is was sceptical if it even exsisted!!! Want a DONKEY, every scientist worth his salt had proved it was real.
You can vote for an old out of touch scare mongering liar like Howard or you can vote for a younger, more in touch Rudd.
Look into the Workchoice laws and you will most definitely vote Rudd.
This is a no-brainer.....Kevin Rudd.

K I'm using U.S. terms for Conservative and Liberal, so if they don't translate sorry...
Do you generally wake up, think things are okay, and you got food, a job, and some basic joy in your life? Essentially, do you have more to Lose then to Gain? Then vote whomever is more conservative. The way things are works for you, change will always come with time, but you don't need anything radical since you'd just have more at risk then to reward.
Do you generally wake up, and dislike how things are? Having trouble with your basic needs? Generally got more to gain then to lose? Then go with the more liberal of the two. Change will help you more, and they'll bring more of it.
Do you honestly not care either way? Feel it's 50/50? Just don't like either of them? Then do a write in, or don't vote. Apathy in itself sends a msg. to the powers that be. Remember it's THEIR job to win YOUR vote, not your job to give them a vote they didn't earn from you. If they didn't earn it, then it's your right as part of a democracy to care piss all what happens to either one of them. If neither one of them courted you well enough, then don't get in bed with either.

those 2 are not the only choice. first vote for the person in your area.. then that goes to the either ALP, Liberal, Greens and Democrats.. look at your local options.. If you hate both partys give the green a vote.. i dont really like the greens but if sht hiits the fan with either labor or liberal you can always say i voted green or even democrat..

If you want a future under the new workchices that are in store for you then you can choose to vote for the party that will take everything that they can away from you,
But think about your future , how are you going to pay off a mortage when your paypacket is being eroded ,and rate's keep going up, and your pay going down,
Its your choice and its your vote. and ask yourself what future will your children inherit from your choice when they are trying to survive under the working conditions that you have voted for, less money to live , and not many prospects of a better quality of life. so carefully choose who you vote for and make it count.

By continually asking questions and by continually posting ideas and political truths in forums like this, you will be forcing candidates to own up to the truth!
