USA of course. Both China and India have designs on other countries.

"The USA has sent millions of men to foreign countries to fight for the liberty of others. The only land we have asked for, in return, is enough space to bury our dead"

None of them are imperialistic, at least not in the last few decades.

China annexed Tibet, and that would be the most recent example.

Liberals like to try to accuse the US of being imperialistic, but they're too stupid to realize that we allow the people to govern themselves, and then we leave, as we did in Afghanistan, and as we're doing now in Iraq.

But that's because liberals wait with bated breath for an opportunity to slam their own people, their own country, and their own president.

India, because it does not try to spread its influence and way of life beyond its national borders. China and the USA are decidedly imperialistic countries.

I think your answer should be (a) but in politics when you think some way ,something else will happen!
America's policy about the gulf and north Korea and china's policy about the Taiwan shows their ambitions to develop their borders to long distances grow their power and using this rule the world.
India is the only country among these three that doesn't have any policy with the passion for invasion ,occupation and sword-law.

d) none of the above.

Ok...if I have to pick one, I pick A.

The USA has been, and may very well still be imperialistic.

And since when did imperialistic mean "evil" or "bad"? It doesn't.
