I'm not sure. It's a question on my business law paper...but I forgot my book and haven't read the chapter yet. Haha, so I'm stuck with this fill in the blank paper and it has no other info. on it unfortunately :( Thanks anyways though.

Is there anyway you can clarify what is happening..

There are federal judges. Who oversees the sentence?

**** Sorry this is hard to answer without more information. When someone is arrested. They are first in the custody of the US Marshall's and they go before a magistrate judge for poss. bond. US Marshall's are the people who hold any federal prisoner in custody.
