in Iowa. You don't go throwing farm people a curve. I thought about what she said about Iowa and poor ole Mississippi and then it dawned on me. I am an American man and when I think about what her husband did to women, I felt she was doing the same thing and I am not going to stand for that. He should have been put in jail for that abuse and still be there.

That is if you can believe two bus loads of ladies. I think you can.

My couisin died when i was 16, i'm 20 years old now.He wrote his will while he was in the hospital dying. The thing is, for me and my sister it was written 25 000$ and then it was crossed out and written 10 000 over it, but he didn't intital beside it to prove it was true.

The will is signed by two other people proving it's true, but my cousin was pretty much a millionaire so i'm wondering what happend?

We were not given anything to sign, they sent us each a check in the mail LAST YEAR and said that they had applied to release this money because everything in the estate was not settled yet.

I'm wondering if i would be able to contest this? I know he had the money he wanted to give us first, but he was not in a state where he was able to think about his finances, i mean he died right after.

Also on the will he wrote us as his nieces when he is actually our cousin.
I don't know if its too late, but i was a minor before, i didn't know anything.

What are the different views between the two parties on legalizing the use of medicinal marijuana? Is one party for it? Another against? Are they pretty mixed? I am not looking for your individual view, but I am wanting to look at the parties as a whole.

The warrior hates war. Having served my country 4 years, I would like to think war should be seriously debated and only used as a last resort.

Persuade me and other neoconservatives (I'm neoconservative on foreign policy but liberal on social issues like abortion and gay rights) that military action against Iran in the next 12 months is a bad idea

I was convicted of a felony 10 years ago. I went to court to get it "expunged" about 5 years ago. Could I ever get a job in law enforcement? what about government jobs? Do I have to admit it on an application that asks, "have you EVER been convicted of a felony. to be safe, I have been admitting it and explaining it to the employer but I hate having to admit and explain it; it is embarrassing.

those running for the Republican nomination. Ronald Reagan was a great president, the best in my lifetime. But he was one of a kind, the likes of which we shall not see again. Shouldn't we now look for a man or woman who has conservative principles yet who stands apart, who has new ideas, who speaks conservative values yet can capture the hearts of those who are searching for a better way?
I don't have a name to give you. You have to do your own research. But as for me, while I love the memory of Ronald Reagan and all he stood for, I believe we need to move on.

It seems that the democratic presidential candidates are more worried about their nomination than today's problems and actually sealing a democratic president. I understand it is important for them to put their names out and why we should nominate one and not the others, however, I feel it is more important for our candidates to work together. They must work together to bring down the current regime by focusing on bush’s failures and what they will do different and how to correct them. This would definitely help surface serious topics into our media, which have been hiding behind closed doors of the Whitehouse and instead of hearing Clinton and Obama battling it out. The criticisms we hear from these two and others are being blasted to our tubes and it doesn’t help to bring home a democratic president.

Tell me what you think!

He didn't even know it was suspended. It was suspended in 3/06 - four months after his brain aneurysm! Maybe he DID forget to pay a ticket - give this kid a break. You do lose memory with brain surgery! They have left him sitting in jail for 4 days now. He was supposed to see the judge today, but the judge didn't show. He was arrested in one county (after another driver hit his car - a driver with no license and no insurance I must add), and I paid $200 to that jail to bond him out, only to find out he was going to be transferred to the county that issued the warrant so that he could sit in that jail now! I find it hard to believe this is general practice. What can I do?

Say intel knew for certain where a guy that you knew had planned attacks on American interests was hiding -- but your window of opportunity was small and in order to take him out, a number of civilians would have die too.

You are in command. What number of civilian deaths would be acceptable here?
