After 5 years of Sanctions and Diplomacy don't yield the same results that we've seen with North Korea?

∞ years hopefully. One potential nuke isn't reason for war. (Nuclear power tech is not nuclear weapon tech; huge difference)

We should only go to War with Iran If our Congress Declares War like it is written in the Constitution.
We should never send U.S. Troops to War to Impose the Sanctions of a political world body.

I would say never, North Korea has a nuke...so what? Are they planning on using it for an invasion?

Nukes are just for self defense.

Fabricated evidence is all it will take--like all the WMD's in Iraq, now they are nuclear weapons in Iran.

Military action will not solve the nuke problem. Why doesn't the Bush administration do anything to take care of the loose nukes then ?????????????????????????????????????
