No.

The "sharing with someone else" or "not for sale" arguments are legally incorrect -- copyright law prohibits unauthorized copying -- who gets the copies or whether money changes hands doesn't matter.

You can only make copies -- shifting between electronic devices -- while you have the legal license to do so -- and that is only when you puchase the CD (for your own use) -- or for as long as the CD is checked out in your name.

So, as an exception -- while you have the physical CD checked out -- you can copy songs to your MP3 player or iPod or computer as a means of playing the songs -- but you must delete those copies as soon as you return the CD to the library. Keeping them (and playing them) after you return the CD is copyright violation.

Yes turn yourself in to the librarian, then no if you don't have any documentation, then you can just steal it and will not hve to make a copy or you could get a fake ID, but too is not right. So turn yourself in and see what happens, maybe the artist will come ans see you for being honest, no kidding.
