FDR, because of the "New Deal" and all the other socialist programs he started.

LBJ, his "Great Society" that turned us into a welfare state.

Jimmy Carter, high inflation, high interest rates, high unemployment, poor foreign policies (Iran hostage crisis, Iran becoming an Islamic jihadist breeding ground), sh*tty economy.

Bill Clinton, most scandalous administration in our history, poor foreign policy (Somalia, Iraq, Kosovo), started NAFTA, committed perjury, decimated our military, had 10 opportunities to kill Bin Laden, did nothing after being attacked by Al Qaeda (1993 WTC bombing, 2 US embassies in Africa, The USS Cole attack), caused the recession Bush inherited in 2001. His economic success was due to the Dot Com explosion and riding the coattails of the Reagan tax cuts which set the stage for the economy to be so good for him. Is partly to blame for the fires in CA getting out of hand, since he passed legislation that wouldn't allow the dead trees and brush to be cleared out of the fire prone CA forests, and wouldn't allow access roads to be paved into the forest so that fire fighters could get in to extinguish the fires.

RE:
Who are the worst democratic presidents ever (I'd prefer you to name me a few)?

Do you mean presidents who were associated with the Democratic party?

Depends upon whom you ask, and how far back you consider "Democrats" to go (i.e. is Jefferson, a 'Democratic-Republican' a Democrat or not?)

Jimmy Carter
Andrew Johnson
Franklin Pierce
James Buchanan

Now, if you're talking about policy, there are people like
Lyndon Johnson (Started "great society" which some republicans would consider the advent of the welfare state)
Harry Truman (Unnecessary war in Korea?)

or even JFK (who didn't really do all that much when he was in office... whether he was for civil rights is unclear, he was an anti-communist, but that's about it)

or, of course Bill Clinton
(Economic prosperity largely just luck and dot-com boom; peace accords in Israel fell soon after he left office; unncessary war in the Balkans; NAFTA and GATT caused economic hardship at home; Welfare reform didn't work; Monica Lewinsky scandal).

Pre-20th Century: Buchannan
Although he may not have been able to prevent the Civil War, his handling of the situation (or lack of handling) pretty much made it a bloody inevitability.

20th Century: Carter
A good man, but did not rise up to the challenge of his era--to restore respectability to America and the American Presidency in the wake of Watergate. Also, in retrospect it looks like he may have been more concerned with his own legacy (getting Israel and Egypt together) than with overall national security (staving off the rise of Islamic fundamentalism).

And to prove I am not a right-wing hack:
Best Dem Presidents: Wilson and Truman...They were men of good ideals, even if they may not have been fully realized in office.

Worst Republican Presidents (in my opinion): Pre-20th: Grant....20th: Nixon/Harding (tie)

I doubt that very many people on this board could actually name all 15 democratic presidents (or all 18 republicans, in reference to your other question).

Just because someone was impeached does not mean they were bad presidents. Their impeachments were about other things then their actual skills as a president.

Hoover was a Republican.

LBJ was not a very good president.

I cannot think of anymore bad Democrat presidents. Most of the bad ones were Republicans, like Hoover, Nixon, Harding, McKinley, Reagan, Bush I and Bush II.
