Sure.

Libertarian philosophy advocates for small govt -- and very govt restrictions on personal conduct or business -- basically, as long as someone doesn't hurt someone else, the govt stays out of private affairs -- but the flipside is also true -- the govt doesn't provide anything but basic bare minimum essentials, and thus has very low taxes.

A moderate libertarian accepts that it's going to take a while to go from a high-govt system toward that ideal -- and is willing to work in increments.

Yes, you can be moderate about anything, it just means your aren't to extreme in you beliefs on the subject, we should all be moderate, because no matter what we think about any subject, sometimes we don't agree with every thing about it. Even something as simple as your favorite friend, you have to be moderate, because they are not perfect, so I really don't know if I am making any sense, but I am not all there today, I have so much going on today.....I have to put on my make up,and look pretty, my daughter is picking me up in a hour,
