Late last week, President Bush awarded the third Medal of Honor (posthumosly) that has been awarded during the War on Terror. I heard about it Sunday on Fox, but have seen or heard nothing of it elsewhere. However, I've seen it all over the news that American soldiers during a raid on an Iraqi home may have desecrated the Koran.

Why is the news not reporting about the awarding of the Medal of Honor?

Im going to be 18 on Dec 17. I am not graduating till the spring but i want to move in with my sister in the next town. Lets just say its for the best shall we? We have all our money worked out because we both have jobs. Can i still move out even though im in high school? My mom likes to think that i cant but about a year ago i talked to the public defender here in town and he said that i could. Once im18 im18 and im legal he said. I’m currently a senior at my university and I’m 2 semesters away from graduating with a bachelor’s degree in international studies. I would like to attend law school after graduation, however due to the financial inability I would no be able to make it.
So, I’m looking into enlisting in the army in order to take advantage of the student loan repayment and the money available for further education (GI Bill). My concern is that I’m not sure whether I could attend law school once enlisted in the army or if I would have to wait until my contract service agreement finishes?
Also would it be better to do ROTC?



Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does Yahoo coustomer services actually have any adults working there, I seriously believe they are all 6-8 years olds with no common sence whatever. This may get me deleted, but I don't care. I have received violation notices for saying my wife (from Alabama does not have any common sense), I told one asker that started a Bush hatred rant that he needed another glass of Kool-Aid, and I said they should throw the book at the Kid that beat the wihie guy up with his 6 buddies in the Jena 6 because it was raciest black on white hate and not related to the Noose incident...I reported one person about 10-12 times last night just to see if they actually read the reports or just send out violations. I don't care if they deleat me or not, they just need to hire a couple adults with common sense to oversee the children working there...Yes this is a rant, go ahead and report me, what can it matter.........########

My husband and his father purchased a house. My husband was married to his ex when he purchased the house. All three of them (my husband, his father and the ex-who was his wife at the time) were put on the deed. Only my husband and his father were on the mortgage.
When they divorced- my husband was awarded the house. He lived there for about 2 years and then when we decided to get married we moved. When we moved his ex asked if she could buy the house for the same amount my husband had purchased it for a few years earlier. We agreed. My husband signed a quit claim to her. We let her move in with the arrangement that she would have a few months to get it financed and out of my husband and his father's names. My husband's father never signed the quit claim.
Being that my husband's father never signed the quit claim deed, is it still valid?
I am asking because now a year later, she still hasn't financed the house and we are weighing our legal options.
