I'm assuming that he's at Fort Lewis. Here is the number to the operator (253) 967-1110 option 3 for personnel locator.

if he had wanted to stay in touch with his children, he would have made the effort to keep in contact. He has obviously made his wishes known: he doesn't want anything to do with his kids. Sucks, but all you can do is try and let t hem know it isn't their fault.

Might I also suggest you refrain from bad mouthing him in front of them, regardless of your personal views and feelings on the subject. The kids will make their own decisions about him in their own time.

Are you looking to get child support? Did you both agree to have these kids together or did you have a typical "oops"? If so I suggest you hire one of those "child support collecting" firms. I think they are about $300.

I would say more about your situation, but I will be nice and hold my tongue.

Edit:
Whatever. Well wouldn't you think that if he wanted to be in contact with you, he would let you know where he is or at least made an effort to.

Edit #2:
MrsJVB, actually but you said it in a nicer way.

The best you can do is contact his unit and ask them to pass a message on to him.

At that point it is up to him as to whether he wants to contact you or not.

if he has had his phone disconnected, most likely he has been transferred to an overseas assignment.
