We have no choice - Now that the biggest strategic error in American history has been made we must see it through.

... and not everyone defends staying

Anyone, from any party has the right to complain, yes even gripe about the escalating cost of the "war" in Iraq. Democrats have had a very slim majority in the Senate for about a year now, hardly an effective position for quick change. Yes, as a Democrat, I can gripe, but I rarely moan.

Any tax paying American can groan about the cost of the war and how it is deflecting money and time from important domestic issues such as education and health.
I am a conservative who is not much impressed with any of the Democrats. I might have been more inclined to give them a nod if they had delivered on getting us out of Iraq. But they have been woefully inept to a man (woman).
On this issue H. Clinton has been a joke. Why aren't I laughing?

Perhaps you should spend more time reading about Politics, and this money-zapping war then asking questions you don't want the truth on. Fact is, this is not about parties, it's about our troops being left without defenses in Iraq... This illegal war is the most embarrassing display of stupidity and uninformed actions this country has ever seen. The Dems, and many Republicans are having to cover 'The Decider's' mistakes....and those mistakes are costing lives....

I can honestly gripe, despite what senators are doing. That's why I live in America.

Yes...they have no choice but to fund it, for the 100th time. Leaving the troops without the weapons they need is unrealistic and would give Bush an out for his horrible decisions..you gonna keep asking the same question over and over until you get an answer you like? It says in your profile you were in the service. How can you support cutting off funding for the troops?

Yes I can gripe and groan because it involves my tax dollars too....but the senseless senators trhat endorses the war are a bunch of confused clowns who are only mouthing off because of self-interests.

Dems will gripe and moan about it no matter who is voting for it. You see, in their goofy little minds...they see this money as theirs. This is their money that is being taken out of their pocket in the form of health care, food stamps, free housing, WIC, SSI...etc. These dems honestly believe this money should be going to them directly in the form of some government handout.
