Things have changed. Now both parties are for a strong federal government. I'm not. Let the States govern. It's more effective.

They're always very good at pointing that out as a selling point for their candidates. With few exceptions, the occasional tax cut, they seem to be as much in favor of big government as they claim the Democrats are.
