so i'm reading this lady's resume and it says she was 5 years in the United States Army and held the rank of 2nd Lt.. This lady has a birth defect that has left her shoulder and elbow fused with very little range of motion. Could someone in a similar condition join the army? Could she have been in ROTC and catapulted past basic training into an officer's rank?

IBN 7 Channel yesterday telecasted a show MUddha 'ISSUE' and gave one sided story of the riots. They defamed hindu leaders like Bala Sahib who is wirshipped like a God and tall Personalities like Atal Bihaari Vajpayee. Of course killing innocents can never be justified but why did they forget those 20 dirty years when Sikhs targetted hindus. Why did not they bring the victims of Mumabi blast of 1993 and showed families who lost their only bread earners. Why did not they inform the people about riots of 1947 wherein Muslim Armies killed hindus Governments looted theor properties and survivors were snatched their all ancesstral roots and culture Shame to Swami Agnivesh & IB N 7

Hi, I'm a student currently attending a community college and plans on transferring to a 4-year college for NROTC and to get my BSN. I have everything planned out. By the time I transfer, in Fall '08, I will have about 54 - 57 credits. The question is since I'm only a few credits away from being a junior, will I still be able to join NROTC?

Here are just some ideas:
1. WW2 would have not happened
2. Europe would have been United 100 years earlier
3. Israel would have not been founded
4. Iraq would have not been founded with its today borders, enclosing Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds.
I maybe totally of the hook here! What do you think?

Ok, this can NOT be legal...I just found a website and it is horrible...
http://www.trosch.org/com/dx5-with.htm
How could someone possibly do that? I just do not understand this at all....I have never heard of it...but is this still legal?? This is a fairly old site I believe so just wondering.
If it IS still legal how is that NOT considered murder? If the baby is clearly struggling...??? For the question...Is it legal now? Thanks in advance.

Prisons are overcrowded and a lot of times do not work. Branding some one as an out law used to mean that person has no protection under the law and any one can do anything to do and it would be legal. What do you think?

1. Build a secure fence along our southern border, and make illegal entry into the US a federal offense with real punishment.
2. Drastically reduce or eliminate the income tax, replacing it with a "flat tax" and a national sales tax.
3. Mandate that the parents of any child who gets in trouble with the law, or serious trouble at school, be required to take parenting classes and have social services followup.
4. Begin a program of "civil partnerships" for homosexual and heterosexual couples. These partnerships would be legally recognized unions, with 5 year terms. Each 5 years, the unions would be either renewed or terminated.
4. Severely restrict muslim travel or immigration to the US.
5. Discourage million dollar + medical treatment to save lives. These drive up insurance costs and bankrupt families.
6. Work to install a monarchy or strong single leader in Iraq to stabilize the country and get US troops out of combat.
