Thanks Be Happi... Sorry about the misnumbering. I lost track cause I had to divide the question in 2 parts.

Community property would not exist in civil unions. Any disputed property would be sold and the proceeds divided equally. Only child support could be a liability after separation. Marriage would still exist, but have much stricter entry requirements and be sponsored by religious organizations.

When you consider the costs of the mandatory appeals, the cost of imprisoning someone for life is not much more than giving someone a death sentence.

1: Agree with this one 100%.
2: Depends on how it is set up, those who make millons must be taxed more, and such.
3: I like this one, and feel that this would cut down on kids growing up to become career criminals.
4: This could become very expensive, what do you do about community property, children, etc?
4: You have two #4's - so in answer to the Muslim travel, what about those that have lived here, can't they go home to visit?
5: I just think the medical costs in America are outrageous. It should be a sin what they change you.
6: Yes, agree, we need to get out, they need to take care of themselves.
7: I don't think this should just apply to at the University level, it needs to happen from 1st grade on up.
8: Agree
9: So that means all those on death row just continue to be support by us hard working people?
10: YES, either insure it yourself, and if you live in the path of such acts of nature, then that is something you deal with.

Thanks for the question.

we already have lots of laws that make it illegal to hire people if they don't have working papers -- why not just enforce them?

no country in the world has the discrepancy in wages the united states has -- we need better labor laws and less tax loopholes.

social services? have you ever met any of those nasty heifers? i would rather have my kids watch republicans make out in toilets than let them determine the welfare of my children. and im not even a parent. i do agree parents should be responsible for their childrens behavior -- they always were before.

why civil unions even? just scrap the whole thing.

there are a few good muslims in the world -- they aren't all radicals -- and i think this country was founded by religious radicals anyway.

hey -- that sounds a lot like the european model for healthcare -- why keep one vice president alive when you can save 100 productive citizens for the same cost?

iraq is a mess -- they don't understand the concept of "stable" like you do -- its not going to happen -- we need to work to make sure what happened to the hmong isn't repeated and that is about the best we can do. maybe get them all jobs as illegals in hotels and construction?

Yep, I wager if he could have refused to be on that record he could have been fired. nevertheless Richard Joel could in no way even think of of no longer being on that record. i think of he grew to become into between the 1st few after Columbia all started it.
