You question truly makes very little sense, it sounded at first like you are the employer, then you get in a tizzy and say you are the employee.

So why don't you ask your employer to pay you, or contact the Employment Development Department for guidelines on receiving your pay. How is anyone on YA going to know the labor laws where you are?

Why do uppity unions feel ENTITLED to tax free status? I know for a fact unions are BIG contributors to the demoncrat party. I also know that bACK in 2008. A MAJOR package distribution companies UNION told the union members to vote for Obama. So much for the tax exempt status. The Conservatives, like the Catholic church, will list ALL of the cantidates, and their views and stands on important issues. They NEVER RECOMMENDED WHO I SHOULD VOTE FOR. This is the difference between liberals and Conservatives. The Conservatives PLAY BY YOUR RULES, even though the liberals don't In the words of the "Thompson twins", Lies, lies, lies!

I don't understand if you are an "employer" why you don't know this and why you don't talk to Employment Development, or what ever it might be called there? Are you doing something illegal?
