Here are just some ideas:
1. WW2 would have not happened
2. Europe would have been United 100 years earlier
3. Israel would have not been founded
4. Iraq would have not been founded with its today borders, enclosing Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds.
I maybe totally of the hook here! What do you think?

WW2 would have happened, regardless of the US entering the conflict. The whole of Europe blamed Germany for their problems, and they were the ones who forced Germany to pay them reparations that they could not afford, causing the German economy to spin out of control. This has nothing to do with the US entering the war. Since Hitler was angered by the state of his country, he starting speaking out against other European governments and the Jews (who he also blamed for Germany's problems).
Europe would not have been united. They didn't unite after WWI (except to blame Germany for the whole mess).
The idea for Isreal was started in the 1800s, so it would have eventually come to pass, had WWII occured or not. However, since WWII would have happened with or without US involvement in WWI, it would still have been founded.
The Iraqi borders were established by European governments who were involved in the area throughout the 1800 and 1900s. The US had little involvement in this, since prior to either conflict the US was an isolationist nation and had no desire to become involved in world affairs outside of North and South America. In fact, the US government (and ironically the Republicans especially) didn't even want to become actively involved in WWII!

So maybe, had the US not joined in WWI, the war would have gone on a bit longer than it did. But it most likely would have ended after months of stalemate as it did. WWII would most likely have happened as it did, and I do hope that the US would have decided it needed to become involved (or they at least would have been forced to, as they did after Pearl Harbor). Perhaps the US would be less happy to poke their noses into other nation's business, but I think we still would have.

The allies still would have won the first world war, the naval blockade of Germany was the reason the Germans surrendered.
The entry of America into the war may have hastened the end of the war but did not cause it.

I think because of the relative short time that the US spent fighting in WWI that the impact wouldn't have been much different. Hitler was still born, and with a German defeat had the US not been there, he still would have use that loss to spread the propoganda he used. WWI aslo did not effect whether Japan bombed the US either.

Sorry....we(the US) were dragged kicking and screaming into WWII, so you are way way off base here. Israel was being formulated in the late 1800's so you are wrong there too. Europe would not have been United any earlier.

Well it did happen so your point is irrelevant
Kaiser Wilhelm I was looking to expand his Empire he was insanely jealous of the British & French Empires.

He even offered to support the Mexicans with supplies, men and equipment to occupy TEXAS, (see the reference to the famous "Maxamilian Telegram")
Because pre 1916/17 USA miliatary was so weak and scattred between the USA and the Phillipines etc.

So point 5. Americans could be the servents of Mexico today and speaking Spanish!

As usual Sean G is totally wrong with regards military history.

The Austro-Hungarians under France Josef attacked Serbia in retaliation for the murder of Franz-Josefs nephew and wife in Sareavo. (No royal relationship between them for a start).

France pleaged itself to back Russia against Austro-Hungaria, (France was a Republic so no royal connection there with anybody),

The UK and Commenwealth had a treaty with France to aid them in time of war, which also had connections to Russia.

So the simple reference to a royal spat between cousins holds no water, also the fact that the Royal families (bar the Russian Tsar) were only figurehead leaders, Germany was under control of the Prussian Military High Command who paid only nominal attention to the suggestions of the Kaiser. Luddendorf and Hindenberg being given a free hand to do what they liked.)

I agree with you. those things would not have been. The self-determination which has spawned so many nations would not have occur ed, and German would have been the official language of the world, from Washington to Beijing. The president of the USA would be selected in Berlin, and I may not have been born.
