I work for the ambulance service and its crazy the amount of people who call us out for trivial things such as getting a papercut. Do you think these people should be fined for timewasting and taking the resources away from people who could be in danger. Personally I think yes!

3 British soldiers that were killed by friendly fire or is this considered an occupational hazard?

I'm not trying to be insensitive with the occupational hazard part but I am questioning because part of being in the military is putting your life on the line.

I have two DUIs one in Feb. 2006 and the other Sep. 2001. I have a "withold adjudication" for "conspiring to defraud" but went through Pre-Trial Intervention to not be found guilty of the crime. My NAVY recruiter said that he has seen worse get in but I wanted to get some odds from the regular folks. I scored a 78 on the ASVAB, I am currently attending college and majoring in Computer Programming. The only other things on my record are a couple of speeding tickets and such. The "conspiring to defraud" happened in 2003, so the only recent problem I have had was in early 2006. Other than that it has been atleast 4 years since other problems. I have changed my life and have letters of reccommendation from a Ret. Navy Officer, a Ret. Air Force Sgt., and my employers. Has anyone heard of someone joining with 2 DUIs? I know that the military looks at it as "he didn't learn from his first one" and that was true. I admit. But there is NO WAY that it will happen again. I want to drive again!

1, I don't believe in evolution despite the truckloads of evidence for it.
2. I complain that anyone that says something I don't like is biased against me.
3.I believe George Bush instead of the thousands of scientist that say global warming could be man made because I'm too lazy to do someting about it
4. I make up facts, and quotes by democrats then fake outrage at these fake quotes
5. Fox news calls me when they need a positive spin on a bad story, (I'm the guy that came up with the name "no child left behind")

Should I run for president on the republikan ticket? I will say God every 6th word.

I'm 16 and live in hawaii. I got pulled over 2 weeks ago for drifting around a corner (I almost missed my turn and made the bad judgement of taking it anyway, this caused the rear wheels to drift slightly). A police observed me and wrote me up for "excibition of speed", and said he observed me taking the corner fast causing the vehicle to drift (I was in a F-250).

I didn't have proof of insurence for the officer at the time, but realized I did later. He gave me a family court summons and said they'd contact me with a court date. I havn't heard anything.

When I go to court i'm going to bring proof that I had insurence at that date and I'm going to tell them i'm sorry and made a bad judgement call from lack of experiance. Basically I'm just wondering what are my chances of getting my liscence suspended and what options do I really have?? Hard to plan trips this winter without knowing if I'm gonna be able to even drive! Thanks for any info!

My stepfather's family has a small cemetery on the corner of a person's property which has been there for years. His parents, two brothers, and a couple other family members are buried there. The property in which the cemetery is on was sold a few years ago and the current owner is being a tailhole about letting family access the cemetery. He says that they must give him ten days notice before they can come on the property. Reason I am asking is that a couple of the family members want to go on the property to clean up the cemetery, such as mow the grass and straighten up . Anytime anyone attempts to go to the cemetery, he threatens to have them arrested for tresspassing. I am in North Carolina and I am asking if there is a attorney or paralegal that has knowledge on this matter and is willing to answer this question. I have called a few attorneys, but of course they want me to come in to discuss it, hence, as always, they are just looking out for their pocket.

Ok well this guy he is hi-v postive(at last stage of aids) and and the drugs to keep him alive. Well thos have oxy cottom in them and well some guys made him sell his meds. and he sold them to a undercover cop and got arrested he is going for 15 years. And he is gay too. And they havent been giveing him his meds to keep him alive in prison. so the whole famiy has to deal with him dieing in jail just cuz they wont give him his meds. He lives in florida too. Any help. Some kinda laws. and this happened to way too many people in jail and its wronge!!!!

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the NC Labor Board allowes when it comes to being tardy. If I'm not mistaking I thought you had a least ten minutes to be late for a shift, anything after that their rules goes into effect. The reason why I asked because a company made someone go home because she was 2minutes late so she lost her shift for that day.

He got 2y to life, and every time he goes in front of the parole board they don`t let him go, his case manager makes it hard for him to get out do you think she is lying and treating him wrongly? I think they can lie because all they want is his money.. Also he has to do classes before he can get out and he has been in for 9 years now.. So he has to fill out a application to do these classes and I spoke to the people and they said he has not don't it ..I know for a fact he has, he has filled out many applications, and he is suppose to be on a waiting list like everyone else. He has filled out the applications to do the class, but they are saying he has not filled it out,, and i myself am a witness . I I saw it with my own eyes (copy) so i know he has. Can the law lie about someone if they don't like him or her?? If he is being treated wrong what can he do besides talking to the fed like i am now? the fed said something is wrong to me personally. 3 3 questions in one Sorry. Hope to get good answers
